有人說，綠色奧運是我們的夢想，不會成為現實。瞧我們周圍的環境。不，我相信，環境是我們大家共同營造的，經過我們的努力，夢想會成為現實，綠色奧運不是夢

我們每個人都有許多美好的夢想，生活在環境優美的世界是我們共同的心愿。一九九三年九月二十三日，那是一個讓全中國人遺憾、難忘的日子，北京申辦2000年奧運會，因為環境問題以兩票之差落選。從此通過我們的努力，我們改善了環境，我們終于成功的申辦了2008年奧運會。奧運向我們走來，我們應該從一點一滴小事做起，創造美好環境，真正實現綠色奧運。朋友們，我們應該如何去實現我們的綠色奧運呢？

水是生命之源，電是生活必需。每一片綠地都能愉悅我們的身心，每一個小動物都是自然環境中的小生命。在你每天的生活中，你節約一滴水，一度電了嗎？據說北京人均水資源不足300立方米，為全國人均的1/8，世界人均的1/30，不少地區的地下水已經無法飲用，水污染和水短缺嚴重影響著北京的發展."不要讓人類看到的最后一滴水是我們自己的眼淚"已經不再聳人聽聞。如果我是個環保工作者，我一定嚴格執行環保法，鍥而不舍地治理污染。如果我是個污水處理工，我一定要研制出世界上最先進的污水處理設備，使所有的污水都經過這套機器的過濾，在我家里，一盆水可以用3--4次，先是用清水淘米，再用淘米水洗臉，聽說這種洗法還可以美容呢。這樣不是一舉兩得嗎？最后用它來澆花，這可是很好的肥料啊！作為電業中學的學生，我們不僅保護水，而且研究周圍的植被，暑假里在老師帶領下，在房山區十渡進行了為期一周的實地考察，我們不僅寫出了調查報告，總結歸納出十渡植被中58種即將滅絕的植物，多么大的數字啊。我們立即向當地政府提出了三條改進生態環境的合理化建議。在學校，在工廠，在家里，在你不需要電的時候，你注意隨手關燈了嗎？當你感冒咳嗽吐痰的時候，你是否想過2003年那可怕的sars？你是否想過周圍美好的環境？當你看到公園里或路邊上盛開的五顏六色的鮮花時，你是否隨手摘下據為己有？當你信步美麗的校園走廊，你是否隨心所欲的留下了你的筆跡、你的手印？當你走進餐館，看到許多飛禽走獸成了人類所謂的美味佳肴，這可怕的一幕是否讓你的心靈為之顫抖？他們也和人一樣是有生命的啊……！環境就在我身邊，綠色奧運需要我們去創造。
