It covers a wide range of topics, including the essence of law, the legitimacy of law, legal reasoning, law and morality, law and justice, law and power, etc. By publishing high-quality academic papers, book reviews, and thematic discussions, this journal provides an important platform for legal philosophers, jurists, scholars, and readers interested in legal philosophy to exchange ideas and share research results.
In exploring the essence of law, Rivista Di Filosofia Del Diritto may publish different perspectives and in-depth research on whether law is a system of rules or a social phenomenon.
