Urvio Revista LatinoAmericana de Estudios de Segmentdad "is an academic journal published by FLACSO Sede Ecuador, the Ecuadorian branch of the Latin American Academy of Social Sciences. This magazine has been published regularly since 2007, with quarterly releases, primarily in Spanish, and adopts a double-blind peer review system. Urvio "focuses on the field of security research, providing a space for critical reflection, debate, knowledge updating, research, and consultation, covering topics such as peace and conflict studies in Latin America and the Caribbean.
